View from the room is nice. The guy who serves breakfasts is really nice and did his best. Quiet area.
The room is outdated, with lots of questions regarding the cleanliness. The facilities are also not well maintained. The AC was stinky, like it was never cleaned for years, and I could not use it. Location is not convinient, if you are not staying just for a night and not travelling by car. You can only use taxi or your own car to get somwhere. Going to Dali takes more than an hour. Sound isolation is very poor.

Picturesque views. Beautiful sunset views of Changshan over Erhai lake.
Property looks great but closer look and bathrooms are a bit slimy (mould?) and air-conditioning doesn't seem to be serviced (dust and very noisy). For the price, I guess it is decent but also saw a lot of newer properties up and coming.
