Owner provides a communal space with cozy fireplaces and good selection of complimentary snacks, also serving as breakfast. You also get cooking equipment. The houses themselves are single room + bathroom, but they have everything you need. There is a lot of outdoors room.
Houses could be warmer - there is a heater, but it's pretty small. At night there was no full lights out. Also, gravel road leading to the place means it might be problematic to get to in a rental car.

We loved meeting other travelers and we loved seeing all the kangaroos in the paddocks. We also loved the big kitchen/dining facility. It’s was so quiet there at night.
The wifi was unreliable.

Loved the breakfast and the open fire
I slipped over on the peacock droppings as I left the breakfast room. You probably need to hose this area in the mornings so this doesn't happen again.

The location was nice as was the bed and meal place.
No wifi reception in my hut, which was the last one in the line of huts.
