- The staff are super friendly and helpful. Brought our bags to the room whilst we were early for check in and headed for our lunch. Helped us fill the jacuzzi also.
- The breakfast was really nice, was great to sit in your own private terrace and enjoy this.
- the pool area is clean and very well maintained.
- Fridge, TV, air conditioning all available in the room.
- Safety deposit box also available.
- Short 10 min drive from the famous Tegallalang rice terraces, just book on grab.
- Hot and cold water dispenser available in the room
- The jacuzzi was not fully functional which was annoying as this was one of the main reasons we booked. Takes very long to fill as there is a leak where water gets away down the drain.
- we were woken by staff knocking on our door to say breakfast was ready- we were told the day before we can come up and say when we are ready for this. This was slightly annoying as we were woken and within 5 minutes eating our breakfast as opposed to getting it when we wanted.
