I stayed here for an extended period (1 month) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment (entire private upper floor with independent entrance) is simple but fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Strong 250 Mbps WiFi (perfect for remote work), good AC, comfortable bed, functional kitchen with two burners, and a large outdoor space ideal for relaxing or hosting small dinners. The property is located just 5 minutes by scooter from Mirissa town, yet it feels completely secluded. There’s an almost private beach within a 5-minute walk, featuring a beautiful natural pool. The area is peaceful, surrounded by birds, monkeys, peacocks, and nature, no traffic noise at all. Tharaka is an exceptional host, responsive, kind, and genuinely attentive. Any small inconvenience was resolved immediately, often the same day. Weekly full cleaning service included fresh towels and bed linen. His hospitality made the stay feel like home. Highly recommended for travelers looking for peace, nature, and strong internet connection.
