Comfortable & cozy, pool & spa present, close proximity to activities, food, everything in Brian Head. Great value.
From the outside, some parts of the building look worn out and not maintained, looks and feels very old.

The location was great and so close to the Brian Head resort. We drove about 1/4 mile to the ski area and even came back for lunch. There is also a shuttle to the area.
The studio condo was comfortable, had a kitchen, WiFi, underground parking, and a community pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful for relaxing after a day of recreation.
The property manager was good at communicating and helpful, even provided a discount ski/board rental shop that we used.
