The space
** Inside, enjoy the gas stove kitchen, fluffy bathroom towels, a living room with a wide couch and Smart TV, high-tech upgrades such as fiber internet and mini-splits for heating & cooling.
** Note that the space is professionally cleaned between guests, and every 2 weeks for long stays (included in the monthly price).
** With a fenced backyard, enjoy the privacy while siping on hot coffee while working remote under the pergola (sun shade).
** The front house is all yours. The backyard and laundry area are shared spaces.
***** The neighborhood at night is quiet; however, there might be a neighbor who parties past curfew on weekends and major holidays. If the noise becomes a nuisance, please alert us, and we'll reach out to the authorities. In addition, we've provided spare earplugs in the First Aid box.

Please be aware that parties or events are infractions. However, visitors are welcome to hang out during the day, but only the registered guests on the booking may remain after 9 PM.
