    I stayed at Grand Shivneri Resort, Diveagar from 23rd May 2026 to 25th May 2026 and had booked a Deluxe Room. Although the room size is comparatively small, it was maintained very neatly and cleanly. The location of the resort is excellent and very convenient for a comfortable stay near the beach. The staff members were polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout the stay. However, the following points should be considered before booking: Tea/coffee sachets and sugar packets are not provided in the room. No refrigerator is available in the room. The TV supports only OTT apps. If you have your own subscriptions, you can enjoy the entertainment options; otherwise, only YouTube is accessible. Considering the room size and amenities, the rooms do not feel fully worth the booking amount charged. Overall, the stay was pleasant mainly because of the cleanliness, location, and supportive staff, but the resort could improve the in-room amenities and pricing value.

    My stay at Grand Shivneri Resort was extremely disappointing and does not meet even the basic expectations of hospitality. Positive: • Location is decent (only point worth mentioning). Negative: • No luggage transfer; guests must carry everything themselves. • Basic requests like an extra towel for shared rooms are denied. • They don’t serve food in the room — We are told to pick up our food along with cutlery from the restaurant. • Food quality is extremely poor—easily deserves a negative rating. Local messes nearby offer much better quality, and value. • Severely understaffed—only 2–3 people doing everything. No dedicated service staff; the same people handle restaurant service, room requests, providing mattresses, toiletries, etc. Overall: Definitely Not recommended. There are far better and more professional options available in the area. Not worth the money Not worth the money I spent.
