    Staff - unprofessional - lack of ethics / standards - twisted comments and statements - when asked about policy - threatened that rules are not to be found ONLINE/ WEBSITE/ POLICY PAGE - Rather are decided by Kolkata Police & encouraged to visit Police of validation req. Room - Key given for the Room - CENSOR didn't work - when asked - how do I enter back to MY PAID ROOM - STAFF mentioned - call us - will open the room for you - when highlighted - it's a security issue - STAFF offered the MASTER KEY of the hotel // Point to consider here - on top of being a security issue here - by this suggestion of handing over Master key to ONE guest - STAFF MADE IT A SECURITY ISSUE FOR ALL GUESTS / ROOMS - while they had available rooms with working lock and doors - when questioned - MANAGER informed - no other rooms available PS - while going for evening dinner - comment was passed - we don't allow outsiders or visitors - upon enquiry - on why? To show policy - I was asked to contact Kolkata Police - when asked about Fam / friends - Hotel imbeciles had the audacity to suggest - " you can use the chairs outside & after that we will escort your people out" Bad service + behavior + unethical/ substandard comments Would give -1 stars for the hotel PS - shameless staff and Management - forcefully trying to carry a handbag - to request tips Also - Room lacked basic complimentary stuff - soap / water / toothbrush etc When asked - mentioned - " it's chargeable"

    This is a one floor with couple rooms and photo on the website is misleading. Blankets are dirty with stains. Area is dirty but close to park avenue.

    Fine location. clean. Some staff members don't understand English, but may ask for a tip. A reasonable deal at this price range.

    This is a lodge and not an hotel. They do not have their own kitchen and they arrange for breakfast from outside with very little option and that too after 10 am. Kindly remove the option of room with Breakfast. I wasted my money by selecting breakfast option. I did breakfast on my own. They are fooling people.
