MOLIETS PLAGE, terraced house under the pine forest of the Landes, in a residence with swimming pool (open from the end of June), ideally located near the golf, the ocean and its surf and swimming activities, the bike path and the Huchet current. For beautiful walks under the pine forest and to enjoy your nature holiday.
Compositio: Large living room with well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven,...), corridor with closet (washing machine), a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, separate toilet, bathroom. South facing terrace for meals outside and enjoy the sun. Capacity: 4 people. 1 parking space in front of the house.
A contribution to charges of 30 € per week will be requested between mid OCTOBER et mid MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 100€).
