Great facilities, exceptionally helpful staff, and located less than a 10-minute walk from the metro station. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to tourist spots.
Nothing negative to mention, honestly. Since I was on a study trip, it was absolutely perfect for me. If someone is looking for a livelier vibe, they might prefer staying around the first or second park of Laureles, where there are more fine dining options and restaurants, but for a quiet and productive stay, this place is flawless.

Me encantó muy bonito el apto, el Oxxo en el primer piso me pareció muy práctico, la ubicación también muy buena estuve en Medellín por un evento deportivo en el Coliseo y quedaba súper cerca, también queda a dos cuadras del metro y a 3 de la 70 una calle muy comercial. Me pareció muy amplio y moderno con una vista espectacular desde el cuarto y también desde la terraza. En general me encantó, en la noche es súper tranquilo y silencioso. Espero volver pronto
