Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, and the in-law apartment, as well as the outdoor patios, screened porch, pool, and recreational amenities.

The estate sits on 60 acres of meadows, forest, and trails, including a hike up the brook to a waterfall behind the house. A basketball net is also available for guest use.

The property is set back from the road and accessed by a long driveway, offering privacy and ample parking. Additional vehicles can be parked along the drive as needed. A Tesla charger is available for electric vehicles.
Other things to note
• A signed pool waiver is required before access to the pool area will be provided.
• The heated 8x20 pool can be enjoyed year-round, but in winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature. If you wish to have the pool headed above 85 degrees please contact hosts in advance. Temperature can be operated by guests during stay.
• Up to 3 dogs are welcome with approval. Puppies are not permitted. The pet fee is $200 per dog, per stay. If you hope to bring more than 3 dogs please contact the host in advance.
