3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
*TRASH PICKUP
All trash needs to be packed in 13 gallon trash bags. No loose trash is allowed in the trash can.
The community collect packed trash every day.
* GATE REGISTRATION
ALL DRIVERS NEED TO BE REGISTERED IN THE GATE SYSTEM FOR THEIR GATE ACCESS. SEND THE DRIVERS' FULL NAMES AND EMAILS TO THE HOST FOR GATE REGISTRATION.
