VILLA NOTU – NOTO AREA
Just South of Noto town and only 7km from its sandy beaches, Villa Notu is a sophisticated house with private pool, nestled in a peaceful location. Perfect for those seeking a tranquil escape in nature, it also serves as an ideal base for exploring the region. The historic town of Noto, as well as the stunning beaches of Noto Marina, Calamosche, and San Lorenzo, are just a short drive away.
Guests can also easily visit the Vendicari and Marzamemi Nature Reserve, Syracuse, Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla.
The villa develops between a main house and an annex, both on ground floor only.
MAIN HOUSE
Here, we find a beautiful modern kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace. From the kitchen we access the two double bedrooms (160x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is a separate guest bathroom with laundry facilities.
ANNEX
Here we find a third bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex can only be accessed from the outside.
OUTSIDE
Surrounded by a picturesque rural landscape, the property is adorned with olive and citrus groves, framed by traditional dry-stone walls that enhance its authentic Sicilian charm. Expansive outdoor spaces include a stunning private pool (15x4m; 1.4m deep; open from April 5 to November 28), a spacious terrace, fully equipped for alfresco dining and leisurely outdoor living, barbecue and an outdoor toilet.
