We really enjoyed the stay. The room was so cozy, tidy, it felt like home. They even have indoor plants. The location is also great: away from the busy city center and close to tram station, 10 mins to the heart of the city. However, we had no idea that there is no staff to assist in the hotel, it’s self check-in. So we couldn’t leave our luggage for storage before/after check in. This is what a ‘hotel’ should provide in my mind.

Contrary to the name, it is not a hotel but rather studio units being rented out as hotel rooms. There is no check in desk so you’ll need to email them beforehand to get a link with a form for you to fill up and get your code for the security keypad at the door. If you want quick communication, you’ll need to go through Agoda’s AI Chatbot to get the property’s contact number and communicate via Whatsapp for anything you need, like the Wifi ID and password. They could easily have such basic information on an info card in the room but seems like they’d rather you text them.
In terms of the location, it’s not too bad unless you’ve got luggage bags. It is an uphill journey for either direction you take to get to/from the nearest tram stops. Not recommended, especially with the stone pavements.
Other than these, the room was newly renovated and the bathroom decent.
