This Cape Coral home was a two-week stay for us after visiting Cocoa Beach and the Keys. The home was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. All the necessary kitchen items were available, rooms were well furnished, and bathrooms well stocked to begin our stay.Whereas we enjoy fishing and selected this rental because it was on a canal, this turned out to be the only minor negative. The property is located at the dead end of a canal, so the fishing was not great, and the water appeared stagnant. However, Cape Coral offered many fishing alternatives of which we took advantage.Lastly, the on-site contact (property manager) was helpful and responsive.

Everything was wonderful. Our host was extremely responsive - we didn’t have any issues. The AI generated responses before we arrived made me very nervous, but once we were in contact with a human, everything was great! Highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect! All the updates were made in the right places. The house smelled so good, the beds comfy, the pool was so nice along with the outdoor furniture. Well done!
