Experience Luxe Prescott Treehouse in Timber Ridge. Perfect for 2 families (4 adults, 4-6 kids). Our stylish home features 2 private King suites, plus 2 custom bunkrooms for the kids. Relax on expansive pine-view decks, cook in the modern chef’s kitchen, or cozy up in the library living room. 8 minutes to downtown Prescott.

The home’s unique multi-story floor plan provides excellent privacy zones, gorgeous natural light, connected by beautiful architectural staircases.
Adult Luxury (2 King Suites): Two spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms feature premium King beds and high-end hotel linens, room darkening shades, ample space, offering a peaceful haven for four adults.
The Kids' Wing (2 Bunk Rooms): Two separate bedrooms are outfitted with custom twin bunk beds (8 twin beds total), creating the ultimate cozy sleepover environment for up to 6 kids.
Bathrooms: 3 modern, immaculate bathrooms strategically placed to easily service both the adult suites and the kids' spaces.
Living & Entertaining Spaces:
The Chef's Kitchen: A modern, upscale culinary space fully equipped with high-end appliances, perfect for preparing family feasts while looking out at the pines.
Dual Living Areas: Gather everyone together in the main living room for movie nights, or escape to the sophisticated library living room for a quiet glass of wine, a good book, or adult conversation.
The Great Outdoors: Step outside onto one of five expansive, multi-tiered patio decks. Enjoy your morning coffee, entertaining or evening cocktails immersed in a peaceful, quiet forest setting with gorgeous mountain views.

* Allergy-Free Sanctuary: To ensure a pristine, allergy-free environment for all our guests, our home remains strictly pet-free.
* Driveway & Parking: Our mountain driveway safely accommodates 2 to 3 vehicles, please note that neighborhood rules prohibit overnight street parking.

Beautiful place! So many areas and places to hang out. Plenty of rooms. Very comfortable. Great host! All the perfect amenities. We didn't want for anything. We had the best stay. Definitely going back when we are in Prescott! So many fabulous memories with family and friends! Just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Prescott. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully upgraded throughout. It was clear that great care has been taken to create a comfortable and welcoming space for families.The home was not only stylish and highly updated, but also incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a place where you could relax and unwind. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and added so much to the overall experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed getaway in Prescott.

This property is beautiful. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We had two families (9 total) and felt like we all had the space to be together for fun and apart for relaxation.The hosts have thought of everything. I highly recommend sitting by the fireplace with your favorite beverage! There are a lot of steps for anyone with mobility issues or small children, but spacious and very clean. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering or just enjoying the peaceful setting.

Our stay at the Prescott Treehouse was perfect. Tucked away in the pines, it feel like a true retreat from everyday life. Inside, the Scandinavian minimalist design was stunning. The space was bright, airy, and beautifully curated.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to sunlight filtering through the pines and enjoying coffee in such a serene setting was a highlight of our trip. It felt both luxurious and grounding at the same time.If you’re looking for a peaceful forest escape with impeccable design and comfort, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prescott.
