Welcome to our spacious beautiful Farmhouse situated on the Callicoon Creek in the Catskills! In the quaint hamlet of Hortonville just 2 miles from the town of Callicoon. Go hiking or rafting down the Delaware, check out the best Farmer’s market in the County, go to the brewery, distillery and amazing restaurants in town or just relax in your own piece of nature’s paradise on the creek in your backyard on either of our two decks or on the spacious lawn around the firepit while playing lawn games This house offers great entertaining and living space with a large den with two different seating areas, a large game room with a vaulted ceiling which comes equipped with a regulation size pool table, dart board and antique bowling set, a very large dining room and table with a bar, and an oversized kitchen with an island. In addition it has great outdoor areas for lounging and dining with two decks overlooking Callicoon Creek and a firepit with Adirondack chairs and two horseshoe pits on the sprawling lawn. While staying visit the desirable town of Callicoon and see all it has to offer with it’s amazing restaurants, shops,distillery, brewery and farmer’s market. Or go tubing, hiking or fishing down the Delaware River right in town. Also check out the nearby towns of Jeffersonville, Livingston Manor and Narrowsburg and see all the great little gems that the County has to offer. Guests have access to the entire house and Creek, including the washer dryer located on the first floor of the home. We are always available by phone or text to answer any questions our guests have. Close to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the towns of Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Livingston Manor and Narrowsburg and great breweries, distilleries, antique shops and restaurants. Easiest to access all the area has to offer by car, but lovely scenery for biking as well. Some exceptions to the no pet policy possible. Please inquire for more details.
