Nestled amongst the trees & set within an acreage community, this huge block has an abundance of space inside & outside for families to enjoy. Guest will love: the large landscaped garden, trampoline, kids play room, spacious living, kitchen and bedrooms & the gorgeous interior and high ceilings of this home. The open outdoor space, al fresco area, evenings by the fire pit & relaxing moments in the hammock will make it the perfect escape & retreat for the summer!
This is a single story home set on an acre & ideal for 1 or 2 families to enjoy. Located just 6 minutes drive to Torquay & the beach, it will suit a group who want plenty of space in a peaceful & beautiful setting, yet minutes from the town centre, beach and everything Torquay has to offer.
The home consists of:
4 bedrooms - 3 x with queen beds, 1 x king bed.
1 x cot inside one of the queen rooms.
3 x bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite).
Large open plan living, dining & kitchen.
A play room with toys & play mat.
Large alfresco with hammock, outdoor seating & BBQ.
