Large suite with balcony overlooking the farm field, bogs and Christisnsen Lake. There is a walk in closet. King bed, and room for an air bed if needed. The bathroom has his n hers vanity, large glassed shower and bathtub.
The ground floor room has a bathroom with shower and vanity. The walk out entrance from the sitting room opens to the fields and lake. The sitting room has a glass front wood burning stove for cosy evenings by the fire.
The main floor kitchen is open to guests for meal prep. There is ample space for dining, or enjoy a meal on the balcony.
Christiansen Lake is known for rainbow trout and steelhead fishing. In winter, ice fishing can provide a tasty Alaska dinner. With trails heading off right from our door, cross country ski adventures or motor sports expeditions await.
Little Talkeetna town is 5 miles away. Fewer than 1,000 folks stay the winter, but the Latitude 69 keeps on cooking for everybody right thru the Big Dark. There’s often music at the Fairview, and always billiards over at the Teepee
