Enjoy your getaway in our newly renovated, 35-square-meter studio, which you can easily reach by elevator on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a bright, welcoming design and is located right on the Steinhuder Meer.
Highlights of the neighborhood:
Plenty of space to relax: 35 square meters of modern living space for an open, spacious feel. Parking included: Arrive worry-free! Your vehicle is parked safely and free of charge in your own underground parking space.
Light & View: Thanks to the southwest-facing orientation, you’ll enjoy a sun-drenched atmosphere and a side view of the water from the balcony.
Smart entertainment: A flat-screen TV that swivels 180° allows you to watch TV from any position, whether from the sofa or from bed.
Culinary delights: Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Upon request, you can flexibly book a breakfast package through our local partner.
