This Modern Mountain Cabin was perfect for our friend/family get away. There was plenty of space for everyone on the three floors. While we didn't have kids with us on this trip, it would be the perfect place for kids of all ages. There were a variety of activities for young and older kids. The hot tub was wonderful. The huge family table gave us plenty of room for snacks and games. The poarch was so peaceful watching the family of deer playing in the woods. I had one question while we were there and the host responded immediately. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle but still be only 15 minutes from Blowing Rock, this is the place for you! We look forward to visiting again soon.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We went to the mountains for a short tubing trip but once we settled into this quiet little cabin, we didn’t want to leave. It literally feels like you’re the only person on an entire mountain. Just to get to the cabin feels like you’re going down some secret path, I don’t know, just everything about it feels exactly like the mountains should feel!

The house was perfect for our family weekend mountain getaway! It was clean, thoughtfully stocked, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect! The toys in the family/playroom area kept our little ones occupied. One of the bathrooms feels like a literal spa and the shower is AMAZING! The extra touches from the host, the firewood, the Blackstone grill, the smores kit, were all greatly appreciated. It was an approximately 17 minute drive to Blowing Rock and about the same to Boone, which was super convenient. We will absolutely stay here again! 12/10 would recommend!!
