About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Ydes, on the border of the Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme departments. It sleeps up to 6 people. The house is on the ground floor. It comprises an attractive 37 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 37 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Miogot food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8 x 4 m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 1ᵉʳ April to 30 September, equipped with a roller shutter.
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 1,000 m²
- A petanque area
- A terrace by the pool, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (deckchairs, dining area)
The house is ideally located in Ydes, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- 45 minutes by car from the ski resorts of Mont d'Ore, Chastreix and Le Lioran.
- 10 minutes from the Bort dam (water sports, fishing)
- Green trail from Bort les Orgues to Mauriac, 500 m from the accommodation
- Ideal for walkers
- The village of Mauriac and its lake (20 mins away)
- The village of Salers, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (20 mins away)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (up to 4 vehicles). A charging point for electric vehicles is available free of charge.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Ydes, about 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Aurillac, about 50 km away

- The ground floor of the house is for your exclusive use, as the first floor is not accessible.
