About this house rental
You can`t beat the location of this house if you`re coming to UVA! It`s just a half mile from the hospital and university and walking distance to so much, you won`t need a car! A designated off-street parking spot is provided, however. This is a second floor bedroom with king-sized bed. You would share a bathroom with one other guest.
The first floor of the house has the shared living spaces - a front porch, living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, and back deck.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, laundry, and a master suite with another bathroom.
The third floor has one additional bedroom and a bathroom.
When the house is full, there are 4 guests there. Everyone is generally either a traveling medical professional, or working at UVA.
Biweekly housekeeping of the common areas is provided!
You will be able to access the whole house with the exception of the other housemate`s private spaces.
I live close by and am happy to help with anything that is needed!
