Cavalluccio Marino

This is a wonderful apartment, very clean and spacious. It is equipped well and there was coffee, milk and water supplied on our arrival which was welcome. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The terrace is huge and we spent most of our time enjoying the sea view from it. There are small stores throughout the town for basics and an ARD supermarket a short drive away for more substantial supplies. The buses are easily accessible for access to Taormina etc., and the train station is a stone’s throw away to get to Catania etc.

There was music in the background all day long from a recently opened nearby beach bar which didn’t particularly bother us, but they held a private party early one evening for a couple of hours and the music was far too loud and intrusive. If this was a regular occurrence it would be very unfair to residents and visitors.

Great place. The view from the terrace is beautiful! Close to the bus and train. Extremely easy access to Taormina. Very comfortable apartment. There were four of us. Equipped with everything you need. Very clean and atmospheric.
