Located in the quiet village of Leedstown just 4 miles to the sandy beaches of Hayle. Electric gated entrance,plenty of off road parking. Enclosed garden suitable for dogs and children. Open plan living room / kitchen / 2 generously sized king bedrooms (one room has a toilet and a sink en suite) and shared family bathroom. A further bedroom with bunk beds. Bedrooms & lounge all have smart TV's / wifi. perfect location for visiting the areas of gorgeous Cornwall.EV Charger with a fee
The space
Cosy in the winter and light in the summer. Great place to relax with the family. With the bedrooms fitted with large flat screen smart TVs you can choose to stay in on the cosy nights and watch Netflix or visit the lovely sights Cornwall have to offer. With places like st Michaels Mount just 5 miles away, St Ives 8 miles away, Penzance is 10 miles, Portleven 7 miles. it’s a fantastic location. EV charger available on site with a charge

Guests have use of the entire cottage. Garage is not included.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Please strip the beds before you leave and place the bedding and towels in the red laundry bags provided. Please empty the bins to the big bin outside. Only household rubbish in black bin. Use the recycling bags. Please advise if you are bringing an EV as additional costs apply
