Welcome to your cozy 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo nestled along the mountainside, and only minutes away from dining, shops, and more. Located in South Palm Desert, this condo comes fully furnished with stylish upgrades to the kitchen and large living space. This is conveniently located in the back corner, so the back patio feels secluded and is conveniently near a hiking trail that has beautiful mountain and desert views. To top it off, amenities include multiple pools and tennis courts.
The space
Each bedroom has great space, and large closet(s) storage. Each bedroom has 2 nightstands, with lamps that can accommodate plug/usb/usbc. There are additional extension cords, as well as plenty of outlets. In the master bedroom, there is a desk (great for reading, writing, or completing work). There is a ergonomic friendly chair to keep you and guests comfortable when completing task. Also in the master bedroom, you can access the patio/yard area for that alone time needed; as well as having your own private bathroom with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of light, storage and ventilation. The second guest bathroom is located in the hallway convenient for all guests use. If you need more storage, and/or access to towels/sheets; you can easily obtain them in the hallway cabinets.
Electronics - TVs, speakers, portable speaker, internet, Alexa, extension cords, wifi and wifi extensions, fans, lamps.
The living room, dining, and kitchen is an open living feel. The modern kitchen is recently updated with newer appliance, paint, handles, knobs, and hinges. Again, a ton of storage for additional items; but the kitchen is full stocked with needed pots/pans, utensils, cups, everyday appliances (coffee pot, toaster, blender, and more), and small amount of grocery items plus seasonings. Off the kitchen is a cozy dinette area. Perfect for morning coffees/teas. Also, in unit washer/dryer is off the kitchen, along with access to the garage. In the main living room, there is a large ceiling fan to stay cool, comfortable leather couch with modern black leather chairs. There is a light rugs for comfort, and to break up the tile.
Accessing the backyard - there are 2 sliders. One slider is behind the dining area, where you can access a bbq gas grill and seating. The other slider is off the main living area. You can access more seating as well as dining space. Again, there is a patio area off the master bedroom that has comfortable patio furniture to lounge out. In the backyard there is a large grass area and walk path to access another parking area.
Some other bonuses with the property, there are multiple pools/jacuzzi (some pools come heated), and tennis/pickle ball courts. Access bike paths off highway 74. Great for cyclist or convenience to get to the main drag of Palm Desert where you can shop and dine.
