About this house rental
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Twin Falls bungalow. Great location on a tree-lined quiet street walking distance to downtown restaurants or Blue Lakes Blvd where you can find coffee shops and other retail stores.
Our historic home has been completely remodeled with new a/c and heat, new plumbing, flooring, fixtures and furnishings. Two level home is designed as two connected living spaces:
Main Level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry, kitchen, pull-out queen sofa in living room.
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry, kitchenette.
Enjoy a comfy stay with Smart TVs, updated bathrooms (Main Level has tub), washer/dryer, remodeled kitchen and eating nooks and high-speed Wifi throughout. And look no further for great coffee - our kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you have a great way to start your day!
We can sleep up to 10 in 4 bedrooms plus a pull-out queen sofa in Main Level living room. 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and a twin bed provide many options for a comfortable stay. Main Living Room also offers desk area with power strip so you can work from home with ease.
Personal products are provided for your use, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand-soap. We also provide a hair dryer, iron + ironing board, and kitchen stocked with flatware and all the dishes you'll need.
Our backyard deck has been recently rebuilt so it's a wonderful spot to start your day or unwind at night. Access to the deck is available from the second bedroom.
NOTE: Very quiet street with neighbors who appreciate their space and privacy. Absolutely no parties. Thank you!
We ask that all guests observe quiet hours 10pm-7am and park in our driveway or backyard parking off the alley (up to 4 vehicles total). Please do not park on the street or in front of neighbors' houses.
