Welcome to Storm Meadows Townhome 11, the ideal mountain retreat for launching your Steamboat vacation.
Located in an ideal mountain setting, this stunning townhome has everything you are looking for. Private hot tub, room for friends, air conditioning, and easy access to all the resort has to offer. You can ski/bike/hike directly out the back door and onto the mountain. Wildlife abounds in this serene location. This home has recently undergone a complete renovation and addition (completed summer 2025). We are so excited to host you!
The space
The townhome offers three levels of living space - there’s room for everyone to spread out a little.
The home has two reserved parking spots, one in a covered carport and the second in an enclosed garage.
The front door will lead you to the light filled great room. This spacious and welcoming room is the heart of the home and an inviting space to spend some time. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (gas range; electric stove; refrigerator; microwave; toaster oven; dishwasher). The dining area seats 6-8. The very comfy living area has a large TV, gas fireplace and a cabinet full of games and puzzles. The deck is a great space for sunset watching and grilling on the electric grill. There is a 1/2 bath on this floor and a small mud room area.
From this level, there are stairs to the upper or lower levels. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, including the master suite. This suite is a true retreat. There’s a private deck with mountain views and great for sunbathing. The room has a king bed, the coziest chair, gas fireplace, walk-in closet. The restorative master bathroom has a soaking tub and steam shower. You will love recovering and relaxing in this space after exploring Steamboat’s many outdoor activities.
There are two additional bedrooms on this upper level, both with en suite bathrooms. The second guest room has a king bed and a shower/bathtub combination. The third bedroom is the bunk room. There are two sturdy sets of queen over queen bunks in this room, four beds total. The bathroom in this bedroom has a step-in shower.
Head downstairs to the Slopeside level. On this level, you’ll find the washer/dryer and the last two bedrooms. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with step in shower. Bedroom four has a queen bed. Bedroom five has a full sized Murphy wall bed and custom cabinetry. This room can be used as a bedroom or as a gear room for your hiking or ski boots. There are doors on both of these bedrooms leading to the covered patio. On the patio, you’ll find the private hot tub and a large lockable gear closet to hold your skis/snowboards/bikes/tubes/fishing poles/sleds/etc. Directly off the patio is a trail leading to Right O’Way, the Steamboat base and all the mountain has to offer.
Guest access
Guests have the full use of the three story townhome, 3 decks, carport and garage. Please note that there are steep sets of stairs to reach any of the bedrooms.
Other things to note
Guests also have access to the community amenities. The Spa at Storm Meadows has an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, outdoor tennis court (with Pickleball lines). This is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from the townhome.
Please note: the facility closes in April/May and October/November for maintenance. If you are booking during that time, please be aware these amenities will not usable.
Access to the ski trail is weather dependent. It is very possible there won’t be enough snow to ski to the door in early or late season (November - mid December or late March-April). There is a ski shuttle that runs from the unit to the resort base, it operates during ski season only. The shuttle stops running at 5p for the day.
