Beautiful Cozy Cottage in Sandbach by 53 Degrees Property, Sleeps 4 with FREE Parking

The cottage was perfect . Loved the decor, facilities, location. Nice touches like washing up liquid etc was really helpful, especially for a short stay. Super clean. Neighbour was really nice. Parking is available in the car park opposite but the car parking signs say you cant park there overnight. This isnt the case. You must not park on the outside spaces o/n apparently. Cottage in just along from the Masonic hall. It can't be seen easily from the road because of a large bush/trees in the garden & shared pathway. Sandbach is a lovely town. Lots of shops and friendly people.

Didnt like finding out that I had to leave a £350 deposit after I had confirmed my booking. Not appreciated at all! I received it back immediately 24hrs after leaving but I feel it should be stated as part of the ad for the property.

Great location and quiet considering it's central Ideal for visiting the local area Clean and well equipped Tastefully decorated and plenty of space for 4 adults Pretty and well tendered back garden Nice touch as provisions like tea, coffee, sugar, bathroom shower wash, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning cloths were all provided

£350 deposit taken rather than a card breakage guarantee Despite info showing parking opposite is free, the signs and council website show only for 2 hrs so we parked in long stay abt a 10 Min walk Too many emails and 2 calls checking every stage of the stay Would prefer cottage info in one Welcome folder rather than around the walls in different rooms The back garden was shared so we had neighbours on a social outside the kitchen window whilst we were having our evening meal The main bathroom has a shower but is difficult to use without getting wood panelling and walls wet. Could do with tiles to the ceiling at one end and curtain to provide a proper shower enclosure

The location was excellent for our needs. The kitchen diner was spacious and well equipped.
