Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür top. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und der kleine eingezäunte Garten ebenfalls ein toller Pluspunkt. Da wir uns selbst versorgen, waren wir sehr angetan, dass alle Töpfe und auch Pfannen (!) tiptop waren... das ist wirklich selten so gut. Alles war sauber. Ricarda war sehr freundlich und hat einen früheren Checkin möglich gemacht. Danke nochmals!
Der Zustand des Badezimmers war im Vergleich zu allem anderen nicht so gut, weshalb es auch nur 7 von 10 geworden sind. Es gibt u.a. einen Sitz in der Dusche, der Stockflecken hat und die Oberflächen von Duschtasse und WC sind altersbedingt stumpf und etwas fleckig.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Es ist ein familiäres Ambiente und sie erfüllt alle Wünsche so gut sie kann. Sie hat unsere Weiterreise durch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft gerettet und unseren Kurzaufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Unterkunft Heidezauber kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
