位在JR水前寺車站旁邊，走路到JR新水前寺站、熊本市電新水前寺站也很近（大約走5-7分鐘），附近走路10分鐘路程內有大型24小時超市兩間，超商、藥妝店也都有，生活機能非常便利。房間內有簡要廚房、基本廚具、洗衣機，並提供洗衣精、除塵拖把及吸塵器等，可以自己打掃。插頭數量充足並提供延長線，非常貼心。
雖然列車經過會有吵雜聲，有時會有晃動感，但基本上不影響作息安寧，除非是對聲音特別敏感的人不然原則上不構成缺點。硬要說不喜歡的話應該是一樓Lobby太悶熱了，每次進出公寓即使只有短短十多秒都覺得快要蒸發，除此之外其他都很棒。

Good value! Convenient location next to train and tram stations! Many izakayas around to enjoy at night.
The beds were amusingly hard, and the check-in procedure was difficult for me to find.

1.陽光可照進屋內，感覺很不錯
2.簡易廚房和房間在同一區域，同在暖房內
3.因為我是回住的客人，管理者有接收我之前反應的小意見，提供洗衣精供使用，以及傳送入住教學影片給我，非常感謝
4.管理者也留了一些訊息在房內給我，蠻溫馨的
1.地點距離水前寺車站很近，不過是在北口，等於是在車站後方，所以實際上方便性就不如位於南口的另一處住宿點
2.房間位於軌道旁，所以火車經過的聲音會聽得蠻清楚的
3.因為以上兩點會覺得房價跟南口的住宿點一樣，有點不合理
4.但因為我連住兩天，第二天再多感受一下，也覺得蠻喜歡這個房子
