Peaceful King House - Gift for 3-night stays!

The house was a good size and very comfortable. They had any supplies you would need- even spice options for cooking!

The owner was super friendly, welcoming, accommodating gracious and responsive. The house is spacious and their were so many extra touches that made the stay perfect 👌🏽

Only that there was only one key to access the house. We managed though.

The house was newly renovated -- extremely clean, bright, and welcoming. The location was great -- quiet and safe nestled in a residential area. Communication from the hosts was perfect -- accommodating, friendly and fast. The bedrooms were spacious (the master bedroom is HUGE), and we had plenty of room for our family. We were welcomed with some snack packs, bottled water in the refrigerator, and k-cups/tea. Almost everything felt new -- the stove, couch, coffee machine, tea kettle, bedding, towels, etc. I didn't use the toiletries provided, but it's always nice to have there as an option. It was definitely a great value for our group of 6 compared with hotels, and I would 100% stay again the next time I'm in town. Thank you for having us!

The house was newly renovated and has a few insignificant quirks, but I fully expect that these will be worked out as the hosts have more time to enhance it even more than it already is. The kitchen is stocked with basics, but a few more kitchen tools would be a bonus. This is not a criticism, but more awareness for guests who may plan to do some cooking at the house. Again, I expect that this is a symptom only of a brand-new listing that likely hasn't had time to reach its full potential.
