Sea Views at 7 - Beachside Apartment

I wanted so much to love this property. The location was beautiful. However, we had very poor experiences with the following: - the washing machine was clogged. We couldn’t use it and had to buy clothes and towels. I then had to chase the staff and wait over a week to hear about whether i could receive a partial refund. In all their generosity, for a not inexpensive stay, they refunded $50 NZD, which i don’t believe is reflective of the inconvenience we encountered without access to a washing machine (particularly amidst a flood when all our clothes got soaked in the rain) - The iron was burned and stained my white skirt. - Only one fan was provided (in a two room villa) and the fan that was provided was broken. - We went to use the pool and spa only to be told by a resident from her balcony that they were closed. There was no sign posted. Management did not communicate the closure to us.
