Cleanliness, comfort as we had a family room with a private bathroom 👌and kindness of staff is on a higher level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Location was not so great for my attractions (Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach, VA water front) as I had to spend more on the rides, access to the facility is a complete let down, the host who answers the call during confirmation sounds so unwelcoming. Lastly, cockroaches in the kitchen and in the room we were in that was a disappointment.
