Appartement lumineux, spacieux, fonctionnel, bien aménagé et centré.
La pression d'eau dans la douche. Pas de lumiere dans le couloir entre la porte principal de batiment et porte d'entrée d'appartement.

L’appartement et la situation géographique mais plutôt bruyante malgré la pause récemment de double vitrage qui isole fenêtre fermée, grandement du bruit de la rue
