Amplitud, limpieza, cercanía al mar. Vistas muy buenas a un paso. Doble baño. Cercanía a tiendas de barrio. Tranquilidad.
Plaza de garaje muy incómoda. Compresor del aire acondicionado en el salón. Estaba encerrado en una especie de mueble, pero inevitablemente seguía siendo muy ruidoso. Decoración algo impersonal.
