Relaxing 2nd-Floor Laketown Wharf Condo Overlooking the Lake

I liked how the clean the place was and the location was close to all businesses. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home, plus there was a nightly light show on the deck.

The room was perfect. Clean and beds was very comfortable. It was the perfect size for 5 people. The kids loved to sit on the balcony and watch the water shows each night. I loved the room it would have been the perfect room in a smaller facility. Restaurants were good and the beach was what you would expect of a beach.

The facility was not pleasant. The elevators were the worst experience I have had in 20 years of vacationing anywhere. It was a choir to get to your room and leave everyday. Being on this floor you had no option to directly get to your vehicle without a certain route. Wait time for any elevator was a minimum of 10 minutes each time and that was on your best attempt. The limited staff I did see was not pleasant. The lady at the desk was rude the first day when I was asking how to get to my room. The place was just simply too big to conveniently get to any pools other than the ground level one. Our wrist bands worked only sometimes to scan doors. I would not spend the money to return to this facility. It's unfortunate because the room was amazing and it's a shame it's located here.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT. BY THE BEACH, SHOPS & RESTURANTS.

ELEVATOR WAS ALWAYS DOWN OR SUPER SLOW & HOT. STAIR WELL WAS HOT & DIRTY.

The condo was nice. Just a few hiccups. The ice maker didn’t work. Also the curtain rod holder fell out.

The out doors and the pools needed to be cleaned better.
