Historic Loft Overlooking Plaza de Armas

Loved the view so much! Area was amazing. Metro and busses right outside. Vibrant square with plenty of restaurants and shopping in area. It was so meaningful to stay in an historic building in this area, close to the cathedral, as I have family history nearby. Felt safe and secure even as a solo female traveler on this trip. I very much look forward to visiting again! Washing machine was very good to have access to during my stay, a dryer would have been great to have access to as well, since I was there in winter during a very rainy few days it took a long time for clothes to dry! But it all worked out fine. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating! Payment through their link in advance and communication through WhatsApp and the portal here all worked out well. Front desk staff and elevator attendants were helpful and fun. Other tenants in the building made for an even more pleasant and interesting stay. Water pressure and hot water in the shower was great. Windows were amazing.

Not so much "didn't like", but would be nice if they could at some point renovate the kitchen counter around the sink, and bathroom tiles, and the steps to the loft bed took a bit of getting used to with no handrail. (I sat at the top and slid down one step at a time. 🫣😆) But for an historic building in an amazing district - and for the cost - it was an amazing place to stay!

l'emplacement est central, parfait pour découvrir le centre historique de Santiago à pied. L'immeuble est un magnifique bâtiment historique. De la fenêtre, on découvre la vie animée de la place des Armes. Le logement est lumineux et bien équipé.
