Spacious & central 2BR apt in Agia Paraskevi

We had a wonderful stay at this Athens apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The apartment itself is very spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped — everything you need for a comfortable stay for 4 adults. The beautiful balcony was a lovely bonus, and the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The mirror in the second room was an extra bonus… it makes you feel very nice. Whoever gets that room, you’re welcome! 😄 A huge advantage if you’re traveling by car is the dedicated parking space, which made a big difference for us in Athens. Konstantinos was an outstanding host from start to finish. From the very beginning he provided clear and detailed instructions for everything we needed. He was supportive and responsive throughout our entire stay and even kindly offered us an early check-in and late check-out based on availability — a gesture that was very much appreciated but certainly not expected. What truly stood out was an incident after we checked out — we had accidentally left a bag with a wallet inside the apartment. Konstantinos immediately reached out to let us know and waited for us to come back and collect our belongings. That level of responsibility and care says everything about his character as a host. Thank you Konstantinos for making our stay so smooth and memorable!

The only minor note is that the apartment is not very close to a metro station, so having a car or being comfortable using taxis is recommended. But honestly, for the quality of the property and the exceptional hospitality, this is a very small trade-off.

Great location very close to American College of Greece where our young adult kiddo is spending a semester. The apartment is wonderful with two balconies and a very nice living area with wrap around couch and a fully functioning kitchen. SO much space!! Two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other a powder room. One point to note is that it is listed for four adults but the second bedroom is a double bed so only really for two that are ok being cozy together (our young adult daughters were fine but could be an issue for other groups). The couch could be made to work as a bed but it's not a pull-out and there are not linens to make it up as such.

No complaints! The host was super-available for any little things that might come up so that was reassuring. Very receptive to feedback and overall a wonderful stay.

Έμεινα σε ένα ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα – ολόκληρο σπίτι – με δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Υπάρχει και ένα τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο, το οποίο προς το παρόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο στους ενοικιαστές. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή: μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, φούρνο, καθώς και τηλεόραση μεγάλης οθόνης (προς το παρόν χωρίς τηλεοπτικά κανάλια, αν και ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο Κωνσταντίνος, έχει ήδη σκεφτεί να τα προσθέσει). Οι ευρύχωρες βεράντες ήταν ένα υπέροχο bonus και ολόκληρος ο χώρος βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, ιδανική για χαλάρωση – πραγματικά δελεαστικός τόπος για να μείνει κάποιος. Παρόλο που δεν γνωριστήκαμε από κοντά, ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης, με άμεση και φιλική τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία: φιλικός, πρόθυμος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει, οποιαδήποτε στιγμή του εικοσιτετράωρου, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Για τη μετακίνησή μου προς το κέντρο της πόλης (Σύνταγμα), χρησιμοποίησα ταξί με κόστος περίπου 13€. Δεν δοκίμασα λεωφορείο ή μετρό, αλλά η πρόσβαση ήταν εύκολη και γρήγορη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! 😊
