This house was beautiful to stay in for 3 families, even though the weather was cold. The house was such great set up that we didnt feel stuck inside, the rooms are all amazing sizes abd the host was a great help, thoughtful with treats left for the guests and easy to deal with.

The Pond House offers comfort and relaxation. It is located in a magical environment. Pond with ducks that visit, and all the facilities needed to take in the views!! The Host was responsive for any queries and went out of their way to ensure the stay met all expectations. Just a short drive from town yet far away enough to feel the peace and tranquility. The house has all the facilities you need. We found the home clean, warm, and comfortable for 7 of us.

We had the most incredible stay at The Pond House, from the moment we arrived we were excited, the gardens and house looked so beautiful and then we walked into a pre-warmed cosy house with the most spectacular view. The bedrooms for all 10 guests were set up so beautifully, I couldn't decide which room I wanted they all looked so good. There was body and hand wash, shampoo & conditioner, & even radox for the bath! Nicoletta was easy to communicate with and had left us so many delicious things: chocolates, biscuits, bacon & eggs, milk. There was a great selection of coffee & tea and spreads. The kitchen was fully appointed and there was plenty of extra towels and blankets. The spa was warm & ready and there was plenty of firewood and fire-starter supplies. Thank you Nicoletta for everything, we had the most memorable time and honestly didn't want to leave. We've already talked about coming back! :)
The oven was tricky and confusing to work despite the instructions supplied, we could have used an oven tray too. The towels could be larger. Nothing took away from the amazing time we had though.

The sheer beauty of the scenery. Beautifully clean. Expansive kitchen brilliant outside seating, fireplaces. The whole place beautiful. And wonderful kind and helpful responses from owner..plan to visit every year
