Tudo. Apartamento limpo, bem cuidado, cozinha completa para viajantes, móveis novos, banheiro bom. Varanda com uma vista incrível (faltou só a cadeirinha ali pra curtir o por do sol haha). O mercadinho e a lavanderia ajudam demais. Ainda tem opção de academia bem equipada.
O sinal de internet oscilou um pouco. E o transporte por aplicativo pela manhã é dinâmico devido ao local estar numa via de acesso rápido, mas bem comum se tratando de São Paulo.

O lugar está perto da avenida, mas, até que é silencioso. E o chuveiro é INCRÍVEL! Tem variedades no minimercado e itens qualidade. Recomendo um café na máquina da Nescafé também.
Achei esquisito o checkout, e o microondas não estar funcionado foi péssimo. Também não entendi o locaç ter panelas e não ter fogão. A janela blackout, não era tão blackout.

A luz do banheiro estava queimada, as toalhas de banho e de rosto pareciam um pano de chão, finas e ásperas. Péssimo
