The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new gated apartment complex just to the west of Wroclaw centre.
The development is modern, secure, pleasant to stroll around and has a supermarket and a convenience store for residents.
Just outside on the main street is an excellent public transport tram and bus stop, as well as a new urban train station.
The apartment itself is well equipped as seen in the photos, but the bedroom is a bit 'snug', with no space to the sides of the bed. However, it was quiet and comfortable, offering excellent sleeping for the family.
The assigned parking space in the secure underground garage is especially appreciated.
The bedroom could have been better designed in the layout of the apartment.
