La chambre est propre et très bien située en centre-ville,dans un immeuble ancien.Les aménagements son récents,avec coin cuisine /repas bien équipé.Literie confortable.Balcon permettant de s'asseoir à 2 à l'extérieur.Propriétaire facilement joignable,s'assurant du bon déroulement du séjour.
Escalier tres raide,problématique en cas de mobilité réduite.Douche exigue

El apartamento es muy cómodo y acogedor, la ubicación muy céntrica, cerca de la catedral, pero a la vez muy tranquilo, y Miguel, el anfitrión, muy amable. Aunque yo no hablo francés y él no habla español, me explicó todo perfectamente. La cama también muy cómoda y la cocina muy completa. Y admite mascotas! Perfecto! Mi perrita también estuvo muy cómoda. Ha sido una estancia corta pero muy agradable. Seguro que si vuelvo a Périgueux, volveré a alojarme en este estudio. Gracias, Miguel.
No hay nadie que pudiera mejorar, todo ha sido perfecto.
