Tasteful detail and touches and welcoming manner. Great communication.
Slightly noisy very early in the mornings with no way to look out at the back to identify the source of the noise. Very little bench space mainly taken up by coffee machine which did not work. No laptop area. 'Lost' guest tried to access the unit but was explained eventually.

Lovely place to stay, bed was so comfortable and the position was so close to the ocean which was a bonus. Really appreciated the lovely notes left for us and the complementary drinks
Could not get the ordinary Channels on the TV.
