New fresh apartments, very convenient location

The apartment looks just like on the pictures. It's located in a modern tall building with security guard at the entrance and it's only 10 minute walk from the BKK airport express train station (Phaya Thai). There are two 7-eleven stores within 50m from the building.
The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped. We had everything we could possibly wish for. We especially appreciated the washing machine with detergents included, that saved us time from looking for a laundry service nearby.
The building has private gym, co-working lounge and rooftop infinity pool at 38th floor. Unfortunately the pool is not heated so it was too cold for playing in the water or swim for a long time. We only dipped in to cool down after a long hot day and relaxed on the sunbeds.
Communication with the staff was seamless and quick over WhatsApp. They will personally meet you during the check-in and key handover.
I highly recommend this place since you will feel like at your own home!
