The host was polite and helpful. The unit was lovely and a great location. It was mostly well stocked with what we needed. It was great to have parking and easy to access. It was great to have 2 bathrooms.
It was just a little inconvenient to coordinate timing to pick up the keys but the host was very prompt, friendly and helpful . Also the blankets were much too thin. Everything else was lovely but we had to use the heater which seemed excessive and not something we prefer to use. Just a thicker quilt would have been much better.

Great location, and walking distance to chermside shopping centre was right across the road. Secure car parking available on site and so close to everything we attended in Brisbane. Apartment well maintained and host was amazing, meeting at check in and ensuring we knew everything about the apartment and amenities available.

The apartment was close to Prince Charles Hospital, and Westfield Shopping Centre, there was onsite parking. Reasonably comfortable for a night (or two).
The pendant light as you enter the apartment was obviously meant to hang over a dining table, but instead we hit our heads on it. The lounge (sofa bed) was very low to the floor and uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. The bed in the 'master' bedroom was too low to the floor. The vanity in each bathroom was low.
