Stay Plus Sophia

The location of this apartment is excellent, close to the station, many excellent restaurants close by. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay, for one month, as I had. I was able to cook myself at the apartment, there is a washing machine, big fridge and a microwave, and a large bed/living room. There is a free parking at 5 mins walk, which was very convenient! The neighbourhood is very quiet in the morning, more lively in the evening.

The WiFi was not working well, which was a big disappointment. In the apartment, there were several hints of this, and suggestions on how to improve, but they did not work, so it was a pity. It might be the location, as also my own 5G was often not working well. There was no desk, only the table in the kitchen, so not too comfortable to work at, but only a minor inconvenience. It is very difficult to access the balcony, one has to crawl over the bed, but the balcony is needed for drying laundry, and to get some day light in the bed/living room. Not sure how to solve that, it would require rearrangement of the bed and sofa etc. The room was only cleaned twice during my stay, I had to pay for additional cleaning, which I did not. There is a hoover and other cleaning necessities. There was some miscommunication on when the room would be cleaned which added to the confusion. All minor inconveniences.

Gute Lage, zu Fuss 5minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Es handelt sich um ein Selfcheck-in. Bevor man jedoch den Code für das Appartment erhält, muss man ein Foto des Passes von allen Gästen via E-Mail an das Personal senden. Es war uns erlichgesagt etwas unangenehm (Datensicherheit) weshalb wir den Bookingsupport kontaktiert hatten. Nach dem Booking uns versicherte, dass dies bei dieser Unterkunft so normal ist, haben wir es anschliessend auch gemacht. Das Personal war sehr nett auch am Telefon, jedoch empfehle ich dem Personal den Check-in Prozess zu optimieren z.B. mit einem sicheren online Formular, so das keine Fotos per Mail versendet werde müssen.
