Квартира находилась близко от трамвайной остановки и станции метро.
При температуре воздуха +37, в квартире работало отопление! Его невозможно было выключить. Владельцы апартамента не потрудились контролировать готовность жилья к приёму, первую ночь вся семья спала у знакомых; владелец выразил готовность исправить положение, но программа краткого пребывания в Праге исключала ожидания техника. Последнюю ночь дети также спали у родственников, чтобы выспаться перед дальним перелётом. Из 5 ночей семья использовала только три, и то - с дискомфортом.
