It was simple and what was needed. Basic accommodations and you get access to a roku. What's not to love?
The weather, but that was of no control. I didn't use enough of the accommodations to really make a fair judgement.

Excellent location on the North end of Oscoda. Right on the Lake Huron beach and next door to the Oscoda Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and across the road from Burger King and Family Fare grocery store. Oscoda is a very nice town with all kinds of restaurants and sights to see.
The two story hotel building that we stayed in did not have sufficient lighting for the main hallway. I understand that it will be repaired in the Spring. We were on a hunting trip and used our hands free headlamps and flashlights when dark.

It was located on Lake Huron. They allow dogs. It was clean and quiet.
The pictures on the website show updated rooms. Our room was rundown and not updated. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable.
