Proximity to Central Market as well as Victoria Square (tram) was outstanding. Neat apartment with everything we needed.

Instructions to get keys were confusing. You need to make it much more apparent that the lock box is not at the site of the apartment and that this is phase one of checking in. This was poorly communicated. Apartment was also quite warm since it was high up which made for hot sleeping conditions. Futon bed on floor wasn’t terribly comfortable.

We have travelled a lot, and this is the best place we have stayed so far. The apartment is small and very efficient—it is so well-designed that you don't even have to worry about where to store your luggage. It has everything you need and truly feels like home. The cleanliness is a perfect 10/10, and every other aspect is a 10/10 too. This place is the absolute best of the best! 💡 Quick tip for parking: Make sure to plan your parking ahead of time to avoid extra costs.

Nothing to say.

Nil.

Location, full kitchen, laundry facilities Main bedroom comfortable.

Futon mattress on floor (no slate base) uncomfortable. Had other peoples hair in it. Washing machine but empty bottles of powder etc under the sink. Had to search for blocks to find place that sold detergent. Towels thin, bordering on thread bare.
